Order processing begins immediately after its receipt

In the presence of all ordered goods in stock, your package is sent the next day after placing an order.

If any of the goods ordered at the time of placing the order is not in stock, your package will be added and shipped within 2-3 business days.

If during the specified period of time, the goods ordered by you did not arrive at the warehouse, the client department manager will contact you.

 Delivery is possible 5 days a week in 2 intervals.

You can choose to ship any day from Monday to Friday:

- from 10:00 to 14:00
- from 2 pm to 6 pm

You need to be in touch and at the specified time to be at the address specified in the application for delivery.
Upon receipt of the order in the presence of the courier, check the integrity of the outer packaging, the absence of external damage.
We recommend to open the parcel and check its contents according to the invoice inside the parcel.
In case of violation of the integrity of the package, detection of dents and other damages, in case of inconsistency of the contents of the invoice - do not accept the parcel.
Ask the courier to draw up an act and send the order to the return address.

After that, call us at the free hotline 8-800-500-67-43 (Mon-Sun from 9:00 to 21:00). You can refuse only the order entirely, it is impossible to refuse some positions.

Please note that the generated order can be stored in the delivery service for no more than 7 days.
